You are not responsible for the work of a project manager. Your role as a manager, facilitator, negotiator and mentor is key. Your team is your most valuable resource.

To deliver your project, you will need a team. This is your responsibility. Depending on the outcome of your project, you will be the one to take the blame or get the praise.
